Faces of Freedom
	Available through the author or www.wentworthprinting.com Hard cover               Non-fiction [ Author's School Presentation ]  6th through 12th Grade On May 19th, 2007, Armed Forces Day, the book Faces of Freedom will be released. Ms. Nichols was a collaborator in this book which includes stories about men and women from all 50 states and Puerto Rico who have made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq or Afghanistan. Nichols’ contributions include a Marine (AZ) and a woman in the Army National Guard (WI) respectively. All proceeds of the book will go to Fisher House and Wounded Warriors Project. 		From the Author I was honored and humbled to be able to interview two families who lost a loved one in Iraq.  Marine Corporal Michael Halal was from Phoenix, Arizona, and Specialist Michelle Witmer called New Berlin, WI, her home.  This book memorializes members from all branches of the military in all fifty states and Puerto Rico.

I am especially proud of the fact that all proceeds of this book will go to Fisher House or Wounded Warriors Project.  I would be happy to talk to any group about the interviews. The courage I found in the lives of Michael and Michelle as well as their families and friends is a tribute not only to them, but to everyone serving.
